  • 2010 Summer Radio Program

For no cost, provide your students with a fun and exciting after-school activity that will improve writing skills and motivate them to stay in school.

We offer most of our after-school media production programs free of charge to Houston area high schools and middle schools. Currently, we're offering weekly after-school radio production classes in the fall and spring semesters.

Students at participating schools will produce radio pieces including news stories, features, narratives and mini documentaries; then upload them to their school's page on the We Are New Voices website. We provide the necessary equipment and staff to facilitate the program.
