  • 2010 Summer Radio Program

Radio Production
Primarily through after-school programs, we teach students the basics of radio production, including everything from interviewing people to writing and recording a story. Our programs strengthen young people's foundation in basic 'life skills': verbal expression; languages; mathematics; computer technology; critical thinking; and conflict resolution. We provide youth an opportunity to engage in a positive activity and learn skills leading to a wider world of work opportunity, higher education and personal development.

These school programs are conducted at the various schools we partner with either during the school day or after school.

Most recently we've held this program at Sharpstown High School, Austin High School and Yes Prep Northwest among others.
